Can I apply to more than one stream?

No, applicants must choose one stream. Unallocated Stream 1 (affordable) funds redirect to the other streams on a first-come, first-served basis.

What's the catch after approval?

A building permit must be issued within 90 days of approval in every stream, projects that aren't construction-ready lose their allocation.
