  CFDC providing business development loans, advisory services, mentoring and business planning for the Atikokan area.
  Site states it serves residents of Atikokan, Upsala and local First Nations; Upsala is in Thunder Bay District, hence the two-district catchment.
• Destination Northern Ontario RTO
  RTO13 coordinating and investing in tourism product development, marketing, workforce development, investment attraction and partnership programs for Northern Ontario tourism operators.

  Not-for-profit social enterprise providing women entrepreneurs with financing (PARO Funding, WEOC Loan Fund), peer lending circles, business counselling, training and networking.

  CFDC assisting entrepreneurs with financing and counselling to start, expand or purchase a business in the Rainy River District.
